We stand behind the quality of our products; however, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the group buy/pre-order period ends.

In the rare event that your item arrives defective, please reach out to us with evidence attached within 14 days. We will assess the situation promptly and arrange for an exchange if necessary. Should an exchange be deemed impractical by both parties, we may consider a refund upon mutual agreement.

If an exchange proves impractical, we may offer a refund. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Please allow at least 14 days for the credit to reflect in your account.

Return Shipping Costs Are The Responsibility Of The Buyer. However, We Cover The Shipping Charges For Sending Replacements. Please Note That Shipping Costs Are Non-Refundable.
